It is my great privilege as the Headteacher of Carleton House Preparatory School to welcome you to our school website.

    Start the day with energy, focus, and confidence! Our Judo Club introduces children to the dynamic world of martial arts while teaching the core values of discipline, respect, and self-control. Led by Dale, a qualified coach from Judo Education, pupils in Years 3 to 6 learn a variety of throws, holds, and techniques in a supportive, structured environment. Judo builds not only physical strength and coordination but also resilience, mental toughness, and self-belief. Sessions take place every Tuesday morning before school, setting a positive tone for the day ahead.
