Liverpool Schools Sports Partnership (LLSP)

At Carleton House Preparatory School, we are proud to be part of the Liverpool Schools Sports Partnership (LSSP), which provides pupils with opportunities to compete in cross-school sporting competitions. Through these events, our pupils develop essential skills such as teamwork, leadership, resilience, and communication, all while promoting physical fitness and a love for sport.

We are committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to participate in LSSP events. To achieve this, we carefully map participation across the school, giving all pupils a chance to represent Carleton House in a variety of sports. From athletics to team games, these competitions help build confidence and encourage personal and collective achievement.

Successes in LSSP competitions are celebrated in our weekly newsletter, allowing parents and the wider school community to share in the children's achievements. Additionally, we recognise outstanding performances and efforts in our school assemblies, where pupils receive praise for their contributions and determination.

Through LSSP, Carleton House continues to foster a positive sporting culture, encouraging every child to enjoy the benefits of competition and strive for success.
