Guitar

Mr Whitehead has been teaching guitar to the children of Carleton House for many, many years. The Guitar club provides hands-on opportunities for pupils to learn and master the guitar, fostering musical talent and performance skills. Participants receive instruction in various styles, from classical to contemporary, and have the chance to perform both solo and in ensembles. This club helps build confidence, discipline, and a deep appreciation for the art of guitar playing, making it a perfect choice for aspiring musicians. The children perform short concerts for their families and children in years 5 and 6 perform at our annual Prize Night. We have guitar lessons available on different days for children in year groups from Year 3 to Year 6.
