CAFOD Big Lent Walk

Dear Parents and Carers,

As part of our Lenten appeal this year, the children will be taking part in CAFOD’s national Big Lent Walk on Tuesday 24th March.

We are asking for a contribution of £1 per child to support this wonderful charity.

·EYFS/ KS1 children will complete their walk on the school premises throughout the day.

· KS2 children will walk to Bishop Eton Church and back, where they will also attend a Lenten Mass.

KS2 will leave school at 9:00am, and parents and carers are warmly welcome to join the walk and attend Mass at 9:30am. If you are able to volunteer, please let your child’s class teacher know.

Children should wear their school uniform as normal and ensure they bring their school duffle coat.
