Carleton House is served by a first-rate, dedicated team of teaching and non-teaching staff, led by Acting Head Teacher Fiona Mintz.

Miss Danielle Melia teaches Reception. She joined the staff in September 2007 having worked previously with pre-school children in a private sector Nursery.

Mrs. Emma Rhoden teaches Yr. 1. She joined the staff in September 2004 from a British international school in Prague. Mrs. Rhoden is Infant Co-ordinator and has responsibility for Art and Design Technology.

Mr. Craig Griffies teaches Yr. 2. He joined the school in September 2006. Mr. Griffies has responsibility for PE and History.

Miss Frances Fowler teaches Yr. 3. She has been on the staff since September 2005. Miss Fowler has responsibility for Religious Education.

Miss Julie Barclay teaches Yr. 4. She joined the staff in September 2004. She taught previously in a Pupil Referral Unit in Liverpool. Miss Barclay has responsibility for Maths.

Mrs. Jenny Kelly teaches Yr. 5. She joined the staff in 1989. Mrs. Kelly is a member of the school's Senior Leadership Team and has responsibility for Science. Mrs. Kelly is the Acting Deputy Head Teacher.

Mrs. Fiona Mintz has been on the staff since April 1996. She is Acting Head Teacher and teaches Yr. 6. She also has responsibility for English.

Mrs. Pauline O'Hanlon is the school's Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator. She is in school two days per week.

Mr. Simon Witter joined the staff in the Autumn Term 2008. He teaches classes throughout the school from Reception to Yr. 6.

Miss Gill Thornton is a peripatetic Music teacher who teaches throughout the school. Miss Thornton also teaches piano and has responsibility for the school choir.

Mr. John Whitehead and Miss Anna Boggon are peripatetic teachers who teach Guitar and Woodwind respectively.

Mr. Mark Turner teaches French to Reception class and Yrs. 1 to 4. He also teaches Spanish to Yr. 5 and Yr. 6.
